A 71-year-old woman from Port Angeles and her dog were found thirsty and hungry at Olympic National Park after they were stranded for a week.
The woman, named Sajean Geer, and her dog, named Yoda, a terrier-Chihuahua, were stranded for six days in the park.
They were 10 miles south of Port Angeles when rangers for the U.S. National Park Service found them after nearly a week.
They survived for nearly a week drinking water they found nearby. I’m just glad that they were both found safe!
